Frederick Schenk: A partner at nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm CaseyGerry for over 40 years, Frederick Schenk focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, asbestos litigation, traumatic brain injury, and social media addiction cases. A pioneer in mass torts, he has led high-stakes litigation against corporations involving defective products and pharmaceuticals.

- President of the 22nd District Agricultural Association (San Diego County Fair Board) since 2023 (previously 2013–2015).
- Past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and San Diego Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Lynn Schenk (Of Counsel): Lynn Schenk brings unparalleled expertise in government, public policy, and corporate law to the firm. Her trailblazing career includes:
- Serving in the U.S. House of Representatives as the first woman elected to Congress south of Los Angeles.
- Roles as Chief of Staff to Governor Gray Davis and California Secretary of Business, Transportation, and Housing under Governor Jerry Brown.
- Co-founding the Lawyers Club of San Diego, a leading advocate for gender equality in the legal profession.

Benjamin Schenk: Benjamin Schenk practices in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, mass torts, and complex business litigation. Prior to co-founding The Schenk Law Firm, he:
- Served as a trial attorney at Fell Law, a top San Diego plaintiffs’ firm (where he remains Of Counsel).
- Founded The Civic Group LLC, a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm.
- Worked as a product manager at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund.
Education: A.B. in Government (magna cum laude) with a minor in Theater (Dartmouth College), J.D. (USD School of Law).
