We’re proud to announce that Benjamin Schenk, co-founder of The Schenk Law Firm, has been named one of San Diego’s 2025 “40 Under 40” , a prestigious recognition honoring the region’s most outstanding young leaders.
Benjamin’s path to this milestone is as dynamic as it is inspiring. A Dartmouth graduate, he began his career in finance at Bridgewater Associates before transitioning into real estate and ultimately returning to his legal roots. In January, he partnered with his father, Frederick Schenk, a longtime legal figure in San Diego and his aunt, former Congresswoman Lynn Schenk, to open The Schenk Law Firm.
Benjamin’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, mass torts, and business litigation. His recent work includes a $5 million wrongful death settlement, a testament to his unwavering dedication and legal skill.
