We’ve got some really special news to share Benjamin Schenk has just been elected to the board of directors at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (LFJCC). For Ben, this isn’t just any board appointment—it’s a true full-circle moment.
Ben actually grew up at the LFJCC. He went to preschool and summer camp there, and even performed on stage with their J*Company youth theater program. Now, years later, he’s coming back as a leader in the very community that helped shape him.
Even cooler, Ben is following in the footsteps of his dad, Fred Schenk, who served as President of the LFJCC from 2000 to 2002. It’s hard not to feel a sense of legacy and family pride!
